Equipment:
Matterport: Offers 3-D walk throughs and high quality images of the interior of homes.
Traditional: Canon EOS 5DSR Camera 50M ensures highest quality imaging. Images are also downsized for web. We will also use supplemental lighting in the form of strobes or speedlights when needed.
Drone: Dji's Phantom 4 Pro Plus
For use on locations outside a 5 mile radius of local airspace. Drone imaging is possible inside this radius if we file for a FAA FORM 7711-1 UAS COA. Please note that approval for this could take up to 90 days and permission is not guaranteed.
Aerial: 2007 Cessa 172SP
For higher elevation vantage points and when drones do not apply due to FAA regulations. Call for scheduled flight dates and pilot availability.
