DIGITAL FILE ORDERS:
Your digital file order will be emailed to you AFTER we deliver printed packages to the league. You can expect to receive your digital file the week of Nov. 9.

Can I order for multiple kids on one order?
YES! Add your first child's products to the cart and then add products for the second, third, etc.

How do I get my order?
We deliver all orders to the league, who then gives them to the coaches. Coaches are responsible for handing out orders to parents. Please check with your league on when they distribute photos.

What if I don't order by the deadline?
You can place an order for your player at any time. There is a price increase for orders placed after the deadline and your order will not be delivered to the league. You must pick it up or pay for shipping.

I am a coach and took a photo with my player, how do I get that?
Each coach receives a complimentary 5x7 print of them with their player(s). This print will be in the team bag labeled "Coach's Bag".

How do I see my player's photo?
Photo are pre-purchased and you do not see their photo until your order is delivered. Due to the tight timeline to get you your photos are quickly as possible, our workflow does not allow time for posting images prior to ordering.
